Each of our drivers is SMITH system certified. The SMITH system is the industry standard for safe commercial driving techniques. Drivers also train at premium dealerships like BMW and Lexus to learn proper methods for safely loading and towing luxury vehicles. We invest heavily in our team to give them the best training available, which ends with our customers getting the best service possible. The dispatch team is also cross-trained by doing tow truck ride alongs. This gives our dispatchers relevant experience and they understand what information is important for our drivers when they are heading to a service call. Our Fleet
Leesburg Tow Truck has a superb tow truck fleet. We do not use any car dollies or wheel lift trucks, our fleet consists of only hydraulic flatbed tow trucks. Wheel lifts put wear and tear on our customers’ vehicles and give less control when transporting a vehicle. We prefer to properly secure your vehicle atop our flatbeds for a safer and more secure towing experience. Each of our trucks is tested and certified safe by the DOT and other relevant authorities.
